We had such fun producing this video:It’s icing on the cake to now find out it’s been shortlisted for best safety video by Ragan’s PR Daily’s Video Awards.
We created the video for Seton:
Seton is the maker of safety products that make the workplace safer.
The first video, “Don’t Lose Sight of Safety“, was ineligible because it was released prior to the eligibility period for the award.
This is the first year for the PR Daily Video Awards:
We’d like to thank the little people.
Except there are none.
They are all giants. Massively talented people we have been privileged to work with.
And we want to do our thank you’s now:
It’s very unlikely that we’ll win.
We are, after all, up against major players like the US government.
And PR firms that are hundreds of times our size.
So here are heartfelt “thank you’s”:To our friends and colleagues at Seton, thank you for believing in us and letting us play in your sandbox. You are awesome. Especially you Rebecca Gounaris. You’re an amazing boss.
Marty Adams, you brought the character alive and we can’t imagine anyone else doing it.
Adrian Truss, you have been a gift to us throughout the years. Your narration was absolutely brilliant.
Chris Earle, wow, you are an amazing director. Creative and even tempered with an amazing eye for talent and capable of bringing the best out of them, it’s no wonder your shows for Second City are favourites amongst audience and critics alike.
Tash Baycroft and Jesse Bone of Filter Studios, film-makers extraordinaire, your talent is unparalleled. And we love working with you.
Kelly Davis and Actra, thank you for ensuring actors are treated and paid fairly. That matters to us too.
While I’m here, I want to give a shout out to our own Mike Erskine-Kellie who wrote the videos. You make every day fun, so much so it hardly feels like working.
And thank you PR Daily Video Awards. It may sound cliche but we mean it when we say it, on behalf of everyone we listed above, it’s just an honour to be nominated.
