Prepares Senior Sales Executives for the New Reality

Toronto, March 12, 2015: Sales culture hasn’t changed much over the last few decades, and that’s a problem because the rest of the world has. Three top sales management coaches, including Tim Hurson whose recent book Never Be Closing made Oprah’s best self-help books of 2014 , are determined to help Canadian businesses better meet the needs of their customers and sell more while they do it. Hurson, Tibor Shanto and Steven Rosen have joined forces to launch the first of their live training events, the Toronto Sales Performance Summit on April 6 (8am to 12:00pm) at the Rotman School of Management.

Hurson is joined by Tibor Shanto, co-author of the book Trigger Events and a regular contributor to the Globe and Mail’s Report on Business (ranked 8th on list of the Top 30 Social Salespeople In the World in 2014 as reported on by Forbes.com in 2014) and Steven Rosen, founder of Star Results and author of The Sales Manager’s Success Guide.

A recent survey showed that nearly half of reps are missing their sales quotas. That’s a problem that is or should be keeping every senior corporate leader awake at night. This event was developed to help senior sales executives make sometimes small but meaningful changes that will fundamentally shift how their teams approach sales and increase the bottom line.

The Toronto Sales Performance Summit is an executive-level program for sales leaders invested in success—leaders who understand that their sales culture, as reflected by their sales teams at all levels, is the key to out-thinking and out-selling their competitors. The new reality is that senior sales leaders are finding it increasingly important to develop strategies and tactics to drive incremental sales performance, yet they are not using several straightforward tools to align their sales cultures with the performance they need.

Tickets are limited and available for $197 plus HST. The event is also available by live webcast for $97 plus HST.
